The composition of the chlorine equipment of the glove making machine

The chlorine generation system is composed of 2 outdoor main chemical tanks and storage barrels and pumps in the production line.

The outdoor main chemical tank is added with 2 acid and alkali resistant pumps, equipped with a one-way check valve to transport the chemical to the chemical tank. After the tank truck arrives on site, the operator can only operate after wearing safety protective equipment.

The two main chemical tanks are placed in an independent operation area, and are equipped with a secondary leak-proof tank, and the two chemical tanks are separated by a civil partition wall. The placement area adopts FRP anticorrosive coating with three cloths and five coats.

The operating area is equipped with corresponding protective equipment such as shower and eyewash, and equipped with inspection table, which is inspected every 4 hours. The pumps for transporting liquid medicine into the workshop are all acid and alkali resistant pumps, and the pipes and valves are all made of chemical-grade UPVC pipes.

The indoor storage tank is made of thickened PE barrels, equipped with magnetic flap level gauges, and flange joint gaskets are all acid and alkali resistant gaskets. The pipeline valves for pharmaceutical preparation are all made of chemical-grade UPVC pipelines. The tanks are all equipped with lids, and the mixing tank and return tank are equipped with auxiliary exhaust pipes, which are connected with the exhaust pipes in the chlorine washing tank.

The operation of the equipment adopts electronic control mode, and manual operation is less required, except for sampling and analysis. Sampling is performed every hour and the equipment is inspected. Wear protective equipment when entering the operating area.

The body of the chlorine washing tank is made of FRP, the upper part is covered with an FRP cover, and the side is equipped with an exhaust hood, and the entire tank body is in a negative pressure state. The chlorine overflowing from the tank is discharged into the outdoor exhaust gas absorption system through the exhaust pipe.

The body of the exhaust gas absorption system and the air duct system are made of acid and alkali resistant PP material, and the joint position adopts the PP welding process. The fan is made of FPR material. The pump head is made of PP acid and alkali resistant material.

The system is equipped with an automatic dosing system. Through PH monitoring, the pH of the absorption liquid is adjusted in real time, and the absorption liquid uses caustic soda. After the exhaust gas passes through the two spray absorption systems, the exhaust gas stays in the spray tower for more than 7 seconds. The treated exhaust gas is discharged through a 25-meter-high chimney.

The operation of the equipment adopts electric control mode, and the inspection table is equipped in the operation area, which is inspected every 12 hours.
